When the machine is in operation, the pressure oil supplied by the oil pump unit is limited by the safety valve and enters the manual directional valve. When the manual directional valve works in the left position, the pressure oil enters the upper chamber of the cylinder, and the pressure plate moves downward through the piston and the piston rod. The oil in the lower chamber of the cylinder flows back to the oil tank through the directional valve. When the manual directional valve works in the neutral position, the cylinder The oil in the upper and lower chambers is blocked by the directional valve. The pressure plate can hold the pressure and stay at any position. The oil pump is unloaded through the directional valve. When the manual directional valve works in the right position, the pressure oil enters the lower chamber of the cylinder to push the pressure plate to move. The oil in the upper chamber of the oil cylinder flows back to the oil tank through the reversing valve.
There is a middle device on the upper end of the cylinder, which can reduce the impact when the pressure runs to the upper limit position.
